What is Scene+?

Scene+ is one of Canada’s leading lifestyle loyalty programs with presence at over 7,000 locations across Canada. The Scene+ program offers members opportunities to earn and redeem points when and how they want to be rewarded. Members can earn and redeem Scene+ points at Home Hardware and other partner stores including groceries, pharmacies, for travel with Expedia, movies at Cineplex, dining at Swiss Chalet, Harvey’s, Montana’s and more.

Where can I earn and redeem Scene+ points?

The Scene+ Loyalty Program is BIG! Scene+ allows members to earn points on things like home improvement, groceries, banking, movies, entertainment, shopping, dining and much more. You can earn Scene+ points at more than 175 Cineplex Cinemas, Playdium and REC room locations, more than 700 restaurants like Swiss Chalet and Harvey’s, on travel bookings through Scene+ Travel, Powered by Expedia, and over 1,500 grocery, convenience, and liquor brand locations! How can I sign up for a Scene+ card?

To enroll to become a Scene+ member, please visit www.sceneplus.ca/register.

How can I earn Scene+ points at Home Hardware?

If you are shopping in-store, scan your physical or digital card while checking out, and if you are shopping online, simply enter your Scene+ card number at checkout or link a Scene+ card to your account.

There are a few ways to earn Scene+ points at Home Hardware:

Everyday Offer - Earn 50 points for every $50 spent in-store and online
Using a Scotiabank credit card for your purchases – Earn 2X the points for every $1 spent

How can I redeem Scene+ points at Home Hardware?

At Home Hardware, you can get $10 off your bill for every 1,000 points redeemed, up to $500.

When you are shopping in-store, simply tell your cashier that you’d like to redeem Scene+ points on your purchase. If you are shopping online, you can enter your Scene+ card at checkout to redeem.

You can also redeem Scene+ points for Gift Cards at sceneplus.ca or on the Scene+ app.

What is my Daily Scene+ Redemption Amount?

There is a cumulative redemption limit across all Scene+ partners. If you wish to redeem for a value over the redemption limit on the same day, you can do so online at sceneplus.ca/rewards, and redeem for physical or digital Home Hardware gift cards to use towards your purchase. Is there a maximum earn on Scene+ points?

There is a maximum limit of Scene+ points that you can earn in one day, however, this number is set to ensure that members can get the most out of the Scene+ program at Home Hardware. For more information, visit sceneplus.ca.

I am already a Scene+ member but don’t remember my card number. What should I do?

Offer available at Home Hardware, Home Hardware Building Centre, Home Building Centre and online at Homehardware.ca (the “HH Retail Channels. Scene+ members will earn 50 Scene+ points for every increment of $50.00 spent on the purchase of qualifying products and services, including any portion of the transaction paid in points, minus all applicable taxes, delivery charges and excluded services. A minimum $50.00 purchase before taxes and delivery charges is required to earn Scene+ points. Purchases made by Pro Contractors, House Account and Charge Accounts as defined by Home Hardware stores, are not eligible to earn Scene+ points on commercial purchases using the Black Scene+ loyalty card. Scene+ members are able to redeem 1,000 Scene+ Points as a $10.00 reduction in the total purchase, including taxes. Scene+ members must present (scan, swipe, key-in) their Scene+ membership card, temporary Scene+ card or mobile card, at time of payment in order to earn or redeem Scene+ points. Only one (1) Scene+ membership card per transaction permitted.
