Roasted Green Beans with Bacon
All you need for this bean and bacon bonanza is a baking sheet and a few simple ingredients. Just follow the steps below and you’re good to go.
Pellets: Traeger Apple BBQ Wood Pellets
Ingredients (Serves 4):
1 ½ pounds of trimmed green beans
4 strips of bacon, cut into small pieces
2 cloves of garlic, minced
1 teaspoon kosher salt
4 Tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
Steps:
Set your Traeger to 175˚C / 350˚F and preheat for 15 minutes with the lid closed.
Toss all your ingredients in a bowl until mixed well.
Spread the ingredients out evenly on a baking sheet.
Place the baking sheet directly on the grill grate and roast until the beans are slightly browned and the bacon is crispy (approx. 20 minutes).
