Get ready for a decadent and gooey treat that captures all the flavours of a classic campfire s'more—the irresistible S'mores Dip. This delightful dessert takes the beloved combination of melted chocolate, toasted marshmallows, and graham crackers to a whole new level of deliciousness. This dip was made on the Pit Boss Navigator Series Pellet Grill from Home Hardware. The grill provided the ultimate smoky flavour you get when making s’mores on a campfire.
To make this heavenly dip, start by spreading a layer of chocolate pieces and chocolate-peanut butter cups evenly across the bottom of a cast-iron skillet, creating a rich and indulgent base for the dip. Now comes the fun part: adding the marshmallows. Arrange a generous layer of marshmallows on top of the chocolate, ensuring that they cover the entire surface. The skillet is then placed on the grill to let the marshmallows toast and turn golden brown. Keep a close eye on them, as they can quickly go from golden to charred. Once they are beautifully toasted, remove the skillet from the grill and let it cool for a few minutes. Now it's time to dig in!
Gather a stack of graham crackers, wafers, cookies, and fresh fruit to scoop up the luscious, melted chocolate and toasted marshmallows. The combination of warm, gooey chocolate with the sweet and slightly charred marshmallows is simply heavenly. Enjoy this delicious dip as a dessert at parties, gatherings, or cozy nights in. The nostalgic flavours of a traditional s'more come together in a convenient and shareable dip, eliminating the need for a campfire while preserving all the delightful flavours. So, gather your ingredients, turn on the broiler, and get ready to indulge in a delightful S'mores Dip.

Ingredients
1 (100 g) milk chocolate bar
10 chocolate peanut butter cups
1 (250 g) bag marshmallows
Assorted dippers such as graham crackers, pretzels, wafers, cookies, fresh fruit
Directions
Preheat your grill to 350ºF (177ºC). Remove the chocolate bars from the packaging and break into pieces. Arrange the chocolate pieces evenly across the bottom of an 8-inch greased cast-iron skillet and top the chocolate pieces with the chocolate peanut butter cups. Then, arrange the marshmallows evenly over the top of the chocolate chips.
Place the cast-iron skillet in the grill and cook for 25-30 minutes until the marshmallows are puffed and slightly golden brown and the chocolate has melted. Check the marshmallows after 15 minutes to make sure they haven’t burned.
Remove the skillet with the s’mores dip from the grill and let it cool for 5 minutes. Once cooled, serve with graham crackers, pretzels, wafers, cookies, fruit or whatever you prefer.
