I got my hands on Home Hardware’s line of Mosaic Housewares just in time for Thanksgiving. Started off the season with one of my favourite fall recipes - Spiced Zucchini Cupcakes, made using the Mosaic mixing bowl, measuring spoon and non-stick muffin pan. Having the right tools in the kitchen makes baking easy. These turned out great! Sweet and moist, they are the perfect way to welcome autumn.
