Ask yourself what feeling you want to convey – friendly and cheerful or maybe confident yet welcoming. Unlike painting interior walls,
bold can often be better; being a relatively smaller space, don’t be afraid to step out of your comfort zone by trying something new –
you can always paint over it next weekend!
Keep in mind that your door can look quite different throughout the day. Try painting a test sample outside to see how your colour
reacts under the varying intensities of light and shade. And lastly, think about taking the opportunity to update your door’s hardware
